You will drive payroll execution, data integrity, and total rewards communication while managing HR systems. The goal is to ensure compliant and accurate processes across the employee lifecycle in an evolving global setting. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily payroll administration and compliance across multiple countries
Oversee employee advantages and retirement plan administration
Ensure accurate payroll processing with backup coverage




Collaborate with Finance for reconciliations and reporting
Develop key People & Culture metrics and dashboards Requirements:
7+ years in Payroll and People Operations, 3+ years in a lead role
Experience with Canada and USA payroll systems
Leadership in managing payroll audits and reconciliations
Expertise in HiBob or comparable HRIS systems
Proficiency in data analytics and spreadsheet management Your expertise in payroll and total rewards will be pivotal in enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency at APPLY.
