Lead strategic labour relations initiatives at the Vancouver School Board as a Labour Relations Manager. This role requires exceptional judgement and robust expertise in collective bargaining and workplace investigations. As a critical member of the Employee Services Division, you will oversee the daily operations of labour relations within one of Canada’s largest public school systems.

The position demands a qualified with a proven track record in navigating complex unionized environments and providing actionable guidance to District leaders. You will actively coach Labour Relations Advisors and ensure a cooperative approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
