Your experience in collective bargaining and conflict resolution will be essential in delivering training and coaching on employee relations issues. Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance on disciplinary matters and grievance management

Act as a subject matter expert in labour relations best practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in labour relations or related field
CPHR/CRHA designation preferred
Minimum of 3 years in labour relations
Knowledge of Canada Labour Code and employment law
