About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home setting for our elderly residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in high standards of cleanliness, possesses a warm and respectful demeanor, and understands the unique needs of a senior living community.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Ensure common areas, lounges, dining rooms, hallways, and activity spaces are clean, tidy, and free of safety hazards at all times.
Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines (including proper chemical handling and PPE use) to prevent the spread of illness.




Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste-handling areas.
Interact politely, respectfully, and patiently with residents, keeping a friendly eye out for their comfort and reporting any maintenance or wellness concerns to management.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably within a healthcare, long-term care, or retirement residence setting.
Transparent vulnerable sector screening / police background check required.
Warm, empathetic, and patient communication style suited for working around seniors.
Robust work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.

Pay: From $18.34 per hour
