Duties

Monitor and control access to the home for visitors, service providers, or contractors as needed
Water plants, tend to gardens, or handle light household chores to maintain the home's appearance
Collect mail, packages, or newspapers to prevent accumulation and alert homeowners of deliveries
Respond promptly to any emergencies or unusual activities by contacting appropriate authorities or homeowners
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the residence during the stay
Keep detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, or maintenance issues for homeowner review
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with a keen eye for detail
Ability to follow instructions carefully and handle unexpected situations calmly
Previous experience in house sitting, pet care, or property management is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with homeowners or emergency services
