Join our client in Whitby, Ontario as a Hardness Calibration Technician. This role focuses on installing and calibrating testing equipment for optimal performance at customer sites. Our client is looking for an experienced technician to conduct maintenance and repairs on Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, and portable hardness testers.

You will need robust mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills, coupled with excellent customer service to ensure compliance with accuracy standards. Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to adopting current ideas will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Perform installations and calibrations at customer locations
Travel to manufacturing plants and labs across Canada




Provide customer training on equipment use and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate service and calibration records in CRM
Adhere to safety protocols during equipment handling Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience with hardness testing methods
Technical diploma in electronics or mechanical engineering
Ability to read schematics and service manuals
Passport required for occasional international travel
