Duties
Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s proficiency level and learning objectives in French
Deliver engaging, interactive tutoring sessions that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement
Foster a positive learning setting that encourages curiosity, participation, and cultural appreciation




Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and attendance to track development over time
Communicate effectively with students and parents (when applicable) to discuss goals, challenges, and achievements

Requirements
Fluency in French with excellent writing skills and robust command of pronunciation and grammar
Proven tutoring or teaching experience, especially in language instruction or classroom settings
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse learners
Reliable access to a computer with internet connection for virtual sessions if applicable

Pay: $18.02-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
