This position, based in Toronto, Ontario, involves evaluating and improving global trade processes within a contemporary ERP landscape. You will work collaboratively across regions, connecting business needs with technology to streamline processes and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Design and document global trade processes from current to future states
Translate business challenges into practical, standardized solutions




Collaborate with business leaders and IT for requirements alignment
Lead workshops to build stakeholder consensus
Monitor compliance with trade regulations and internal controls Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in global trade operations
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
ERP system knowledge, ideally SAP
