Located in the scenic Trail, BC, this full time role requires a proactive leader with at least five years in the metallurgical industry and a minimum of three years in supervision.

Act as a safety leader and advocate for procedures
Manage production efficiency and standards compliance
Develop and implement team training plans
Review performance metrics and initiate improvements
Coordinate maintenance and production schedules Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in metallurgical sector
At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
Post-secondary education preferred
