Develop and evaluate the Health and Fitness budget
Hire and train health and fitness staff and volunteers
Deliver hands-on fitness services and leadership courses
Ensure exceptional member service based on feedback
Represent the branch on association workgroups Requirements:
Bachelor's in Physical Education or Kinesiology
Two years' experience in health and fitness supervision
Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
Transparent police security clearance and references are required
Certification by CSEP is preferred Elevate community health and engagement through fitness leadership at YMCA Calgary.
