Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling, merchandise, and service needs in a lively, energetic manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, fuel area, and merchandise displays through effective merchandising practices
Manage phone inquiries professionally using excellent phone etiquette and provide information about products or services
Perform basic math calculations for transactions and ensure accurate cash handling at all times
Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing products, and assisting with merchandising efforts




Uphold safety standards by monitoring the fueling area, preventing theft, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
Previous retail sales or customer service experience with a focus on technical sales or product demonstrations
Robust communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain products or services
Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers for cashiering tasks
Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy shifts
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high levels of customer service
Knowledge of merchandising techniques to promote products attractively
Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Good phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally
