As a Physiotherapist, you will report directly to the Director of Quality and Professional Practice. This role requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and relevant experience in geriatrics or long-term care. You'll oversee assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate staff and families on mobility and falls management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for residents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with team members to achieve care plan goals




• Supervise physiotherapy assistants and facilitate team effectiveness
• Lead educational initiatives on falls management and safe handling

Requirements:
• Physiotherapy License in Valuable Standing with Nova Scotia College
• Previous experience in acute care or geriatrics
• Knowledge of falls risk assessment and management
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
