Joy And Grow Therapy is seeking a dedicated Supervised Instructor Therapist to work directly with children and youth facing developmental challenges. This role involves delivering evidence-based ABA therapy and fostering personal growth through tailored skill-acquisition programs. You will collaborate closely with a Registered Behaviour Analyst to ensure effective implementation of treatment strategies and observe client progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy under RBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment and skill-acquisition programs




• Collect session data and maintain clinical documentation
• Prepare therapeutic materials specific to client needs
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ASD clients
• Knowledge of ABA principles and strategies
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach in client interactions
