Advance your career with SSR Mining as the Superintendent for Resource Development at our Seabee Gold Operation in Saskatchewan. Lead a team of geologists and geotechnicians, ensuring safety and operational excellence.

In this role, you will report to the General Manager while supervising the development and training of geology professionals. Your focus on ore control and geological mapping will be vital in supporting our mission of sustainable and responsible mining. Collaborate with numerous internal departments to integrate geological insights and ensure best practices are implemented across the operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce health and safety regulations with robust leadership
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and other key departments
• Oversee daily ore control and mapping processes




• Implement best practice standards for geological methodology
• Drive resource evaluation and reserve delineation campaigns

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Geology or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Resource Development
• Familiarity with Leapfrog and MX Deposit software preferred
• Provincial supervisor certificate required
• Competent Person qualification under SK-1300 or NI 43-101 preferred
