Tag actions, events, and errors in each video session, marking where each action starts and ends.
Judge whether the robot completed the task correctly, and label failures such as missed grasps, dropped objects, poor paths, or inaccurate positioning.
Apply the labeling rules the same way across every session so the data stays consistent.
Flag unclear or borderline cases to project managers instead of guessing, and help resolve them.
Use your knowledge of robot motion, perception, sensors, and integration to explain what went wrong when a robot fails.
Suggest improvements to the annotation guidelines when you find gaps or repeated confusion.
Requirements
Background in robotics, mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related technical field.




Hands-on experience with robotic arms or robotic systems, whether in industry, research, or lab settings.
Solid understanding of robot motion control, grasping, perception, and sensors.
Able to tell the difference between correct and faulty robot behavior just by watching it.
Robust attention to detail and the patience to stay consistent across long sessions of similar footage.
Comfortable following written technical guidelines precisely.
Clear written and verbal communication for working with a remote team.
