Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of the Porsche Privacy Management System
• Provide legal advice on marketing and compliance issues




• Manage Customer Commitment claims and disputes
• Review documentation for French language compliance
• Maintain oversight of compliance reporting and training

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor from a recognized institution
• 1-4 years of legal and compliance experience
• Knowledge of Canadian consumer protection laws
• French language proficiency preferred
• Solid negotiation and organizational skills
