BPP North America is seeking an experienced HR advisor to support multiple campuses across British Columbia, acting as a trusted partner to campus leadership. You will manage investigations, recruitment, onboarding, and health and safety initiatives while applying BC employment standards and HR policies.
You will coach managers, lead complex employee relations matters end-to-end, and optimize HRIS data and reporting.
