Minth Windsor Manufacturing in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a high-energy Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of roles across North America.
You will partner with HR and business leaders to build talent pipelines, conduct screening, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining high hiring standards. This 100% in office role requires travel to Minth North America locations as needed.
