Become a key part of Rush Truck Centres in Ottawa East as a full time Parts Counterperson. Engage with customers and track parts sales over the counter and phone from Monday to Friday. As a Parts Counterperson, you will deal directly with customers, ensuring they receive the commercial vehicle parts they need.

Your role encompasses maintaining accurate records, processing orders for delivery, and complying with safety regulations. You'll also participate in various training programs while keeping current with product updates. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with OHSA and company health policies
Set up orders for daily delivery, shipment, or pick-up
Keep organized records of repair orders and invoices
Issue credits for returned parts with verified invoices
Participate in training programs and maintain sales tracking Requirements:
High school diploma required
Six months experience in over-the-counter sales
Experience with SAP considered an asset
Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract required
