Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits clearly to enhance their purchasing decisions
Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive attitude
Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing
Handle phone inquiries professionally,



providing information about products or store policies with excellent phone etiquette
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area, ensuring efficient time management during busy periods

Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles with strong cash handling skills
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Demonstrated technical sales experience, including product demos and explaining technical features to customers
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers
Robust organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
