We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Boarder to join our fast paced, rapidly growing construction team.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and boarding tasks
Construct and install wall frameworks using various materials such as steel, drywall,Tbar.
Operate power tools, hand tools, and lifts
Assist in heavy lifting and material handling to ensure productive workflow on-site
Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work setting
Collaborate with carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades to coordinate project phases effectively.
Show up on-time everyday with a positive attitude.
Experience
Proven construction experience with a focus on framing or boarding work
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools.
Knowledge of drywall installation and steel framing.
Familiarity with Tbar is a plus but not mandatory
