Join a well-established manufacturing organization in Mississauga as an FP&A; Analyst. This role focuses on providing analytical support to drive operational and financial decision-making. As an FP&A; Analyst, you will partner with Finance, Sales, and operational teams.

Your insights will help analyze business performance, identify trends, and present recommendations to support decision-making. This position offers a unique chance to impact financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting directly linked to daily operational activities. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with teams for financial and analytical business support
Analyze financial performance against budgets and historical data
Prepare monthly reports, including variance and KPI analyses
Support budgeting and forecasting processes annually and quarterly
Develop interactive dashboards for performance visibility Requirements:
2+ years in FP&A; or financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing
CPA designation or in progress is a plus
Solid Excel skills; Power BI familiarity an asset
Excellent communication and partnership capabilities Drive financial insights and operational strategies as an FP&A; Analyst in Mississauga.
