Trudell Medical Limited in St. John's, Newfoundland is building a current Customer Experience team. You will be the friendly voice for orders and inquiries, guiding customers from quote to delivery and ensuring accurate ERP records.

Fluency in German is required to support European markets, and onsite presence five days a week is expected. As a Customer Champion, Order Owner, and Problem Solver, you will coordinate with Technical Support and commercial teams to keep orders moving, resolve invoice
