Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, making change, and processing payments efficiently
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed,



maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety protocols
Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining a clean work workplace

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is equally valued
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing
Experience in food industry roles including serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is beneficial
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace while maintaining attention to detail in quick-paced situations
