This role involves providing psychiatric nursing care, including assessments, crisis intervention, and life skills training. You will collaborate with an interprofessional care team to support clients facing mental health challenges and promote their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement psycho-social rehabilitative plans
• Facilitate individual and group treatment sessions




• Provide life skills training and crisis intervention
• Maintain accurate reports of client observations and care

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• One year of related mental health experience required
• Active registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse/Psychiatric Nurse
• Knowledge of mental illness and substance use treatment
• Communication and teamwork skills
