With 3 years of landscape or property maintenance experience required, you will be instrumental in managing operations and onboarding current team members.

Your role includes conducting weekly property audits, scheduling tasks, and maintaining budget allocations while fostering a secure work setting. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise grounds maintenance and property projects
Conduct weekly audits to identify work priorities




Support new hire training and manage team performance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Maintain labor schedules and budget compliance Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in landscape/property maintenance
Experience with light and medium equipment operation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Possess valid Class G driver's license
