Paladin Security is seeking a Full Time Security Patrol Guard for the TD Centre in Toronto. Utilize your observation skills to ensure safety through active patrols and public interactions. As a Patrol Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring a secure setting within one of Toronto's premier commercial properties.

This position requires a solid focus on customer service and effective communication, alongside proactive patrolling duties. Your keen observation skills will help identify and address potential safety issues while maintaining a visible presence. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols throughout common areas of the mall
Maintain visibility to deter theft and unauthorized activity




Monitor and address safety concerns for shoppers and tenants
Respond to incidents like disturbances and emergencies
Provide customer assistance with directions and inquiries Requirements:
Security License eligibility in Ontario
Minimum 2 years experience in retail security
Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification
Strong situational awareness and observation skills
