Elevate member experiences as an Events Project Manager at the Ontario Nurses’ Association in Toronto. Lead the planning and execution of impactful meetings and events for a diverse member base. This full time, permanent role entails project management of various provincial and regional events.

You will manage logistics, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to exceptional member experiences and continuous process improvement across both virtual and in-person formats. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute end-to-end events including virtual and hybrid formats
Negotiate contracts for accommodations, transportation, and services
Maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and venues




Prepare post-event evaluations and improvement recommendations
Support executive meetings with logistical oversight Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Event Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in event or project management
Solid budget and financial reconciliation skills
Expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
