Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Disbursement Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the posting of disbursements to the appropriate client and file in LEAP

Duties
Post and verify disbursements across all of the locations
Maintain detailed records of all disbursement activities within systems like LEAP and Xero
Responds to any questions pertaining to disbursements




Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions with precision to uphold data integrity

Skills
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform accurate data entry with high attention to detail
Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and vendors
