Shift: 2-Week Rotation (7:00AM-3:30PM; 4:00PM-12:00AM)

Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
Read and understand work orders, drawings, and production paperwork
Assemble door components using standard processes, tools, and equipment
Perform gluing, clamping, and assembly using decorative and rotary clamps
Assemble mortise, mitre, panel, mullion, decorative, and specialty doors
Inspect materials and finished products for defects, alignment, and quality
Adjust clamp pressure and assembly methods based on product requirements
Maintain steady product flow to the next workstation
Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
A robust commitment to safety and proper use of required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes).
Keen attention to detail and quality, with the ability to spot imperfections and make corrections.
Solid understanding of wood materials and machining principles.
Dependability, teamwork, and pride in producing top-quality components.
