Lead event planning initiatives at Techo-Bloc as the Event Planning Lead. Drive roadshows and trade shows across North America by securing venues and building partnerships. Techo-Bloc is seeking an exceptional Event Planning Lead to shape its annual events strategy.

This role requires over three years of event planning or management experience, solid negotiation skills, and a mastery of budgets and contracts. You will work cross-functionally, ensuring a seamless integration of marketing and content strategies into event planning while managing multiple events simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual event strategy and calendar
Source venues and negotiate contracts
Manage budgets, forecasts, and invoices




Coordinate with cross-functional teams early in the process
Identify risks and create contingency plans Requirements:
3+ years in event planning or related field
Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills
Solid organizational and project management abilities
Excellent communicator in French and English
