Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Insulation Workers to join our team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and insulation installation, supporting our mission to improve energy efficiency and environmental impact.

No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn!

Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of insulation materials in residential
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and tape measures to complete tasks accurately
Support the preparation of work sites, including measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation components
Help with caulking to ensure finished surfaces are smooth and sealed




Maintain a clean and safe work workplace by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet safety standards

Requirements
Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction practices preferred but not required
Solid attention to detail and willingness to follow safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn recent skills in a team environment
