Lead and develop a high-performing PXP team
Serve as the primary advisor for a small portfolio of leaders

7+ years HR experience, 5+ as HR Business Partner
Proven ability in developing high-performing teams
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and organizational risk
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
