You will mentor Collectors, deliver training, and address complex customer complaints professionally. Additionally, you will use your solid organizational skills to manage performance, enhance team knowledge, and support growth across the department. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a high-performing collections team
Conduct one-on-one meetings to review performance
Handle escalated customer complaints effectively
Prepare daily productivity forecasts and detailed reports
Identify fraudulent activities and escalate accordingly Requirements:
2+ years in a leadership role in collections
Robust knowledge of collections processes and technologies
Proven success in inspiring teams to exceed targets
High level of accuracy with organizational skills
