Optimize Financial Group is seeking a driven wholesaler to join our Business Development team in Toronto. The role focuses on high-volume outbound calls to Canada-wide financial advisors, building relationships, and introducing our Advisor Platform. You’ll book meetings, nurture prospects, and help scale growth in a rapid-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or financial services, robust cold-calling skills, and experience with CRM tools. CSC is a nice-to-have.
