Lead progressive change as the Director of Technology Communications and Organizational Change Management in Toronto. We are looking for an experienced leader for a 14-month contract in Toronto to oversee technology communications and organizational change management.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Technology leadership, shaping communication governance, and providing guidance on stakeholder alignment. Drive successful change initiatives through effective engagement strategies and stakeholder communications. Key Responsibilities:
Define strategic priorities for technology communication and change management
Advise technology leaders on executive communications and employee engagement




Shape communications governance for coordinated messaging
Partner with various departments to reduce messaging overlap
Maintain OCM frameworks and monitor change readiness Requirements:
Bachelor's in Communications, Business, or related field
Senior leadership experience in technology change
Understanding of technology delivery and adoption
