This vital role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Technical Accounting. You will lead complex U.S. GAAP research, provide hands-on support, and prepare thorough accounting memos. Collaborating with finance, tax, and legal teams, you will assess transaction implications and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead U.S. GAAP research on renewable energy transactions
• Prepare detailed technical accounting memos and conclusions
• Develop policies responding to business needs and standards




• Support monthly and annual financial close processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting impacts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years in accounting with 3+ years in technical accounting
• CPA designation required; Big Four experience preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and robust writing skills
• Experience in the renewable energy sector preferred
