Role overview Develop financial and economic analysis for decision support, advise business leaders and Finance partners, and support financial performance management for the insurance business.
Key responsibilities Lead or support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Analyze variances, business drivers, initiatives, and strategic decisions to provide forecasts and recommendations.
Assess business cases and support investment reviews and approvals.
Develop financial methodologies and align business performance indicators with plans and forecasts.
Monitor performance, identify emerging issues, and advise the assigned business group.
Qualifications Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In-depth communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills.
