Join an expanding perforated-metal business as an Estimating Project Coordinator in Burlington, Ontario. Guide projects from initial quotations to delivery, focusing on estimating and customer communication. In this role, you will report to the National Sales Manager, Perforated and work alongside the Chicago sales and estimating teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing manufacturing estimates, coordinating customer projects, and maintaining explicit communication with customers and plant partners. Key Responsibilities:
Review RFQs and prepare estimates and bid packages
Assess materials, labor, and processing needs for quotes
Develop application drawings in coordination with CAD support
Track orders and manage production,



shipment, and delivery
Communicate project statuses with Engineering and Production teams Requirements:
1+ years of estimating or project management experience
Ability to translate specifications into estimates
Familiarity with CAD drawing interpretation
Hands-on ERP experience, preferably with Epicor or Oracle
