Key Responsibilities:
• Perform legal review and approval of contracts
• Draft and negotiate high-risk commercial agreements
• Assist in compliance with contract management procedures




• Conduct legal research and prepare legal advice
• Compile reports on legal activities and risks

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor degree
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering or construction law
• At least 3 years’ post-admission experience in Ontario
• Robust negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
