DAVIDsTEA, based in Montreal, seeks a Growth Marketing Director to own site conversion, demand capture, and lifecycle marketing. You will lead PDP optimization, testing roadmaps, and attribution across paid and organic channels to improve conversion and LTV.
With 7+ years in growth or digital marketing, you will manage budgets, drive email/SMS programs, and mentor a small team of analysts, while aligning with a fast-paced retail/DTC workplace.
