Alberta Health Services' Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre in Claresholm, Alberta, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the front-line care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with RNs and the interdisciplinary team.
You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure patient and family-centered care, while adhering to CLPNA standards and delivering high-quality care in a long-term care setting.
