Become a Construction Helper with T&D; Evolution Construction Ltd in North York, ON. This full-time role involves hands-on tasks like material handling and asphalt paving to support our construction projects.

T&D; Evolution Construction Ltd is looking for three self-motivated Construction Helpers. You will assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials, as well as mixing and spreading materials on-site. Training will be provided for selected candidates as you step into this physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Mix, pour, and spread construction materials
• Assist with pipe alignment during pipeline work
• Pave and rake asphalt for construction projects
• Remove rubble and debris from work sites

Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• No formal education requirements
• Ability to handle heavy loads regularly
• Prepared for physically demanding tasks
• Solid interpersonal skills
