Hwy 17 Motel in Ontario is seeking a qualified chef to lead kitchen operations in a rural resort setting. You will plan menus, supervise cooks, prepare complete meals for events, and strive for high quality and consistency.
Knowledge of Greek/Canadian/ Mediterranean cuisines, manage inventory and cost controls, and train staff are essential. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week and staff accommodation.
