Key responsibilities include recruiting high-performance athletes, maintaining team discipline, and collaborating with staff to enhance organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive training programs per CSA’s LTPD model
• Recruit and mentor high-performance athletes
• Foster a positive, competitive team culture




• Collaborate with coaching staff to analyze performance
• Manage equipment, facilities, and budget effectively

Requirements:
• Canada B License or Diploma, A License preferred
• Experience coaching at a high-performance level
• Strong knowledge of soccer development principles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Must be bondable for funding compliance
