Elevate the employee experience at Arcadis as an Employee Relations Advisor. This six-month fixed-term role focuses on providing expert solutions and support for various employee relations matters. As a key member of the Local People Service team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and line managers.

Responsibilities include offering guidance on disciplinary action, grievance issues, and performance management. Collaborating with centers of excellence, you will help enhance people services across Arcadis North America. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for employee & management concerns
Coach line managers on performance management and disciplinary matters
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence for comprehensive support




Facilitate grievance and disciplinary hearings as required
Monitor employee absence and support return-to-work initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources
Minimum 4 years of HR experience in complex settings
Solid employee relations background in a high-volume setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
