This position requires solid leadership, with responsibility for reviewing quarterly financial statements, managing capital calls, and working closely with service providers. You will also oversee valuations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Review quarterly financial statements per US GAAP and IFRS
Present quarterly results to senior management effectively




Manage relationships with various service providers
Oversee fund operations, including liquidity and forecasting
Analyze complex accounting issues for recent acquisitions Requirements:
University degree and CPA/CA designation
Minimum seven years in finance/accounting roles
Experience in private funds preferred
Solid knowledge of investment management processes
