In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Care. As an integral team member, you will manage care plans and provide hands-on nursing services to residents, ensuring adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. Your expertise will also extend to resident and family education.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate care plans and implement necessary changes
Administer treatments and manage medication protocols
Facilitate resident conferences and care discussions
Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care
Address and manage significant changes in residents' health

Requirements:
Must hold current RPN registration
Experience in senior living/applied nursing preferred
Robust organizational and customer focus skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
