Your expertise will drive ALA’s People Strategy, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and employee experience. This position demands cooperative efforts across various teams and includes prospects to influence organizational health and culture. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor strategic HR initiatives
Lead talent acquisition efforts and enhance employee engagement
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives




Collaborate with leadership regarding workforce capabilities
Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 10 years HR experience with 3 years in management
Experience in healthcare or social services
Robust skills in communication and relationship building
Proven ability in organizational change management Lead ALA's culture transformation and workforce strategy as a strategic HR executive in Alberta.
