Job Summary

Masters is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywaller and Finisher to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall surfaces to create smooth, durable walls and ceilings that meet high-quality standards. Finishing carpentry would be a plus.

Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, or industrial projects, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency at every stage. Duties
Measure, cut, install, and secure drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
Finish drywall joints using taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing techniques to achieve a seamless surface
Apply caulking around seams, corners, and fixtures to ensure airtight and water-resistant finishes
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
Perform touch-ups and repairs on existing drywall surfaces to maintain quality standards
Assist with construction painting and other handyman tasks as needed to support project completion




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols

Skills
Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing with attention to detail
Strong attention to cleanliness
Robust knowledge of construction painting techniques and surface preparation
Skilled in carpentry, including framing and measuring for accurate drywall placement
Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions
Experience with caulking, taping, sanding, and texturing drywall surfaces
Handyman experience is a plus for versatile task handling on-site
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues during installation
